LGB Inc. has been building homes in South Carolina for the past twenty-eight years. Prior to that, it built shopping centers, apartments and homes in the Youngstown Ohio area. Bob Sternberg is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and Loyola College. He has completed over 1,300 homes in his career to date. Bob and his wife Glenda moved to Wyboo Plantation in 2004. LGB has built over 75 homes in Wyboo as well as the Golf Villas, Wyboo Community Center, TPC Wyboo Golf Course Pro shop and the Original Blackwell's Restaurant. It is our purpose to combine LGB's 34+ years of experience in general contracting with the combined experience of our professional sub-contractors to provide you, the Home Buyer, the most structurally sound and maintenance free home you have ever lived in.
